CHANGE IN SPEAKING TIMES FOR THE PUBLIC FORUM ROUND ROBIN:

We are liberalizing the speaking times for the TOC Public Forum Round Robin.
Following is the new

First and Second Speakers - 6 minutes each.
The first two crossfires - 3 minutes each.
The grand crossfire - 4 minutes.
    Speaker summaries - 3 minutes.
The final focus speakers - 4 minutes.
Prep time will be 2 minutes.

PUBLIC FORUM AND L-D TOC TOPICS:

We are using the January topic for the TOC Public Forum Round Robin and the
January-February topic for Lincoln-Douglas.

POSTING OF TOC QUALIFIERS AFTER JANUARY 1ST:

We have the TOC qualifiers from Blake, Newburg Free, Bronx Science and
Hendrick Hudson.

MISSING TOC QUALIFIERS:

We are missing the TOC qualifiers from USC, Auburn, Valley and Carrollton,
Georgia. If you earned a qualification at one of these tournaments, you
need to contact the Tournament Director and ask them to get it in
immediately. If qualification at these tournaments is not certified by
January 1st, those institutions will be removed from our qualifying list for
future TOC'S. In addition, you cannot list as a qualifier at one of these
tournaments unless the results are certified.

Happy Holidays!
