TOC APPLICATIONS:

APPLICATIONS FOR ALL DIVISIONS OF THE TOC ARE NOW AVAILABLE AT THE FOLLOWING

TOC DEADLINES:

    POLICY AND LINCOLN DOUGLAS
        Both at-large and fully-qualified applicants are due in Lexington on
        March 15.

    TOC STUDENT CONGRESS
        1) At-large applications are due in Lexington by March 1st.
        2) Fully-qualified applications are due in Lexington by April 1st.

    TOC PUBLIC FORUM ROUND-ROBIN
        Applications to be considered for participation in the 2005 Public
        Forum Round-Robin must be in Lexington by March 1st, 2005.


TOC SCHEDULES:

We are in the process of constructing the TOC Schedule for all events. These
schedules are not currently on the website.

Please note that you need to be in Lexington by Friday evening, April 29, by
11 p.m. Registration will take place between 6:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. on that
Friday evening. There will be NO Saturday morning registration and NO
registration by phone.

I have had several inquiries asking what time divisions will end on Monday.
Policy usually ends about midnight on Monday night. LD usually ends about 9
p.m. on Monday night. The concluding round in the policy round-robin will
take place sometime late Monday afternoon. The Super Congress Session will
not begin until sometime on Monday afternoon.

Since all events are at the hotel, and our rooms are limited, we have to
work the rounds into the schedule as we can.
