[CX-L] Gonzaga Debate Institute Faculty Demo Debate

The annual GDI faculty demo debate featured Eric Suni (Whitman) and
Michael Burshteyn (Cal) on the affirmative versus Jonah Feldman (Texas)
and Nirav Patel (CSIS) on the negative. On a 2-1 decision the negative
won the faculty decision. Sara Apel (Texas) and Adam Symonds (USC) voted
negative with Steve Pointer (Portland St.) voting affirmative. The
student ballot, consisting of 7 students representing the 7 labs, was
4-3 affirmative. The next faculty demo debate, which will feature a
slightly more critical focus, will showcase the talents of Cate Morrison
(Pitt) and Sara Apel (Texas) on the affirmative against Cameron Ward
(Fullerton) and Guarav Reddy (Cal) on the negative.  We'll sell you the
whole seat but you'll only need the edge.
