[CX-L] Lakeland HS Tournament/Westchester Classic

This year's Lakeland High School Tournament will be held October 28 & 29th.  
Lakeland is located about an hour north of New York city and about 30 minutes 
south of Newburgh.

On October 30 & 31st we will host a round robin in New York city.  Please 
consider joining us for excellent debating, fine dining, and a Broadway show.  We 
already have an impressive California entry!

The regular tournament will feature Open and Novice divisions of policy with 
a special sophomore breakout (we will clear the top 8-16 sophomore teams 
debating in Open to a special elimination round bracket).  There will also be 
novice and open divisions of LD and Public Forum.

All entries will be made through joyoftournaments.com
